Smell of coriander, citrus, mead. Cloudy amber colour, foamy yellow head. Aroma of citrus, plastic, soap. Flat carbon. Sweet with a hint of sourness.

Draught @ SOPP Helsinki 2012, Finland.Hazy - murky yellow orange colour with a small, white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruity, spicy, citrus, orange, coriander notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20120726]

A cloudy, golden beer with a weak and white head. Aroma is strongly lemony and somehow artificial, flowers and coriander. Taste of lemon, flowers, some spices, slightly musty aftertaste. Ligth bodied, fresh and easy to drink as wit should be. Piper Wit don’t convinced, artificial flavours, also too shy.

Draught at SOPP, Helsinki. Cloudy pale golden, minimal head. Soapy and perfumy with clean mouthfeel and light-medium body. Notes of syrup and citrus, as well as vegetables and plastic. Low bitterness. Shallow and not really refreshing.

Handbottled from draught (thanks Ville!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with small white foamy head. Aroma is quite spicy with some wheat and mild biscuity notes. Flavour is zesty, coriander and some other spices, wheat and mild sour wooden notes. OK witbier attempt!

On tap at the brewpub in July 2010. Hazy orange with a small head. Unfortunately, quite a boring beer that did not taste so much. Some banana, spices and bubblegum. Light with low carbonation.

Draught@brewpub. Poured slightly hazy light orange with no head.Nice aroma of coriander, lemon and orange. Spicy flavor, coriander, orange peel, some yeast. Quite drinkable witbier.

Draught (Helsinki Beer Festival 2010) - Hazy golden. Soapy aroma with hints of lemo. Slightly spicy taste with lemon and banana. Not bad, but not much to write home about.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a hazy darker yellow body with a white head. Chewed up bubblegum and mango fight in the nose, and the taste is more of the same. A light wit, drinkable, dominated by tropical fruit instead of the regular stuff but still not all that exciting.

(Draught at SOPP’09) Yellow and cloudy. Small white head. Coriander and fruitiness in aroma. Light and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Coriander, grass, fruitiness and bitterness in taste. Bitter aftertaste.
