Flaska från Cantillon, 2022. Klar, guldig med vit krona. Rejält med fattoner i både doft och smak. Nästan lite väl skarp, men växer efter en stund i glaset. Går över till gula russin och ett snyggt djup. Från att ha varit lite väl rå första halvan av glaset växer den till sig och blir en av de bästa ölen under kvällen. Min begränsade erfarenhet hittills säger att 50N blir bäst efter några år på flaska.

Pours bit unclear blonde. Scent is rum-like sweet impression, woody. Mellowed by the lambic. Cognac and marsala more silent. Taste is very complex, rum takes the lead. Very balanced, mellow yet character full lambic, balanced tartness. Rum has the upper hand, smoothened out by the cognac. Quite damn nice !

Bottle at the source. Hazy to cloudy golden color, medium white head. Mixed stonefruit aroma. Taste has light funk, more summer fruit. Pretty dry finish, soft sourness. Tasty.

Taster at BXLBeerfest. Yellow hazy color, small white head. smells wood, funky, earthy, cheesy, some rum, light cognac. Nice to very nice smell. Full body, no carbonation. tastes grassy, earthy, peppery, bit,nutty, bit cabbage. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, pepper and earthy notes. Smell was nice, taste was a bit boring, probably too young
