Bottle. Bottled on 17 november 2021. Color: Hazy golden to orange amber, thin white head. Aroma: Fruity, sweetish (for a Geuze), funky, hay. Taste: Sweetish and light to moderate tart, funky, oak wood, Sweetish Rum / Marsala notes, ripe and unripe grapes and berries. Hints of vinegar. Slightly boozy. Subtle hay. Lightly moldy. Some old hop. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice complexity.

Bottle. Clear light golden pour with a white head. Vinegar and Marsala bouquet. This is awesome. Subtle orange notes give way to showcase the complexity. Malty caramels and barrel characteristics intermingle with the Rhum and Marsala. Low in carbonation but with a wonderful mouthfeel.
