Our Bohemian-style pilsner with pronounced malty notes of honey, shortbread, and pilsner waves of grain with hints of spicy noble hops and a malt forward yeast pronunciation. A beautiful texture due to a gentle carbonation – a result of krausening. A clean malty finish with a lingering bitterness. Lagered for a long period.

16 oz can from jcos, 2/16/24. Mostly clear golden color, sheeting white head and some fairly strong lace. Sweet / bready malt, grains, honey, and some melon / citrus fruity notes. Pretty, pretty, pretty good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is toasted grain, dough, yeast. Slick body, dough, yeast, bready, light finish, very good.

Can from Mikkeller & Friends bottleshop, Copenhagen. Pours gold with a white cap. Clean, crisp, with grains, biscuits, lemon, herbal, soft hoppy finish. Medium body with soft carbonation. Delicious!

Draught at Delancey Grand: pours good with white head. Aroma is grainy, but in a good way, like fancy ancient grain bread. Taste is slightly bitter, grainy, slightly sweet.

Flute at Shelter, pours a clear gold with some lacey white head. Nose is a bit sweet, honey and flowers, cornbread with butter, straw. Flavor has honey corn bread, flowers, some grass. Oily finish. Yummy. 7 4 7 4 14
