This limited beer is the mother beer of our classic Oud Bruin. It's a single cask, which means the beer isn't blended, but came solely from one single barrel. Other than the classic, it's also not blended with younger beer. The Foederbier aged for 2 yeas on big wooden barrels of 40 or 50 HL. Foeder-bier has more hints of red fruit. The aroma is fruity, woody with a touch of curry.

Old Refound Rating ! Pours bit unclear, dark redbrown. Scent is acetic, other aspects seem lost to it. Taste is acetic as well, woody. OK.
