Bottle pour at MBCC 2025 (Yellow session), pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma has lots of wild yeast, tart berries, and some earthy spiciness. Flavour has a nice bugginess to it, with spicy wild yeast, earthiness from the mugwort, and light bugs. Earthy and buggy, but I’m not digging the mugwort.

MBCC 2025. Session #1
Nice farmhouse notes, berries, dry. Maybe a bit acidic. Good one.

On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours murky gold with a white head. Golden raisins and musty blankets on the nose. Flavour is musty with mildewy blankets. Nice.

Bottle at home. Pours opaque golden with a thick, foamy white head that dissipates quickly. Nose is acidic, fruity, zesty citric, it’s got hints of pine, and loads of lime. Taste is less sour than anticipated, it’s fairly and pleasantly tart, it’s funky, fruity, citric again, a touch leathery? It’s vibrant and zappy, light and refreshing. I dig this.

Pours a hazy golden colour and a big, dense white head with long retention. Aroma's: sourish, herbal (lavender?). Retronasal it's sourish, sweetish, herbal. Flavour is above moderate sour with a hint of sweet herbs. Light medium bodied. Long finish, a little dry and woody first, then softening with light sourness.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 28 Aug 2022) Hazy golden colour with big, lasting, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon peel, hay, herbs, oak wood and bretty yeast. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, unripe pineapple, herbs, apple cider vinegar and oak wood. Low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Really tasty and quite interesting, with a generous herbal tartness and lots of oak wood. Very nice.
