On tap at Kreuzberg brewpub. Cloudy amber gold colour lasting off white head. Has some esters a bit like a weizen. Wheat beer style definitely. Interesting mix of styles. Some cereal character. Some hop sting on finish. Some lemon some esters oranges peach. Fine

0.5 l bottle from 'Bierothek', best before February 2023. Slightly hazy, amber with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, malty, slightly fruity-floral and a bit yeasty aroma of caramel, honey, orange peel, banana and nutmeg. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly fruity-floral and quite yeasty taste of grains, banana, nutmeg, some nettles and a touch of orange peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, quite yeasty finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft to average carbonation. Solid Dampfbier, a bit too grainy for my liking.

Tap @ Kreuzberg. Pale blonde. Woody and soft citrus notes in the aroma. Woody, slightly citric hopbitter flavor. Soft hop burn in the finish.

Schnapp-Fläschla: Hazy, golden with an orangey sheen, small - stable and lacy - off-white head, moderate sourish fruity-grainy nose with traces of yeast and a quite robust bitter-hoppy background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, again with a certain acidity, light to medium bodied, relatively soft; slightly lingering bitter-pale malty finish with a certain sourish fruitiness in the aftertaste. O.K., but not my favourite in Franconia...

(swing top bottle) Hazy, golden colour with a short and firm foamy white head. Doughy malty aroma with mildly sour-fruity notes of citrus and pears, backed by mildly grassy hops. Slightly bitter and delicately sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Slightly yeasty and fruity taste with mildly malty accents and grassy and spicy hops towards the mineralic finish. Obviously top-fermented. Drinkable California Common/Traditional Ale. 03.XII.17

Heller, würzig herber Beginn mit leichter passender Hopfigkeit. Frisch, steigende Herbe, ab dem Mittelteil etwas bitter. Gelungen! 11/11/11/11//11
