On tap at Borefts 2022. Hazy gold colour lasting white head. grapey. white wine like sourness to it. yes reminded me of white wine vinegar. Good character though

Borefts XII Day 2. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and smooth and fairly dry, decent fine carbonation. Mild funk. A little tartness. Touch of ripe lemon. Mild tart winey vibe. Pretty dry finish. This style, Italian Grape Ale, is wide indeed and this is at the sour end.

Pale blond colour with thin head. Aroma and taste have a citric, fruity sourness. Nicely sour. Flavour fades fast.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is good white grapes, mild funk, quite juicy, a touch nutty. Taste is quite a strong tartness, juicy white wine, almost puckering dry finish, leathery too. Oily mouthfeel, fine-bubbled carbonation. Not bad!

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear yellow golden beer. Aroma of tart white grapes, apples. Taste of sour grapes, white wine, sour apples.

Clear orange beer, small creamy white head. Aroma: sourish impression, very funky, dry, spicy, a bit fruity, peppery. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, lemony, pretty bitter, lots of citrus, hoppy, grapefruit. Aftertaste: lemony, fruity, zesty, bitter, lemon rind, a bit hoppy.
