An IPA with triple dry-hopping, fruity, juicy and bitter enough to be a real IPA. A sturdy malt body provides a base that can support 60 IBUs. 7% alc. Gives enough spice to this dark blond beer. The complexity lies in the fine balance between sweet, dry bitter, fruity and spicy. This beer is being developed to resist the hegemony of the American brewers in the field of IPAs.

On tap at Cafe Gollem Raamsteeg, Amsterdam on 23rd November 2023. Golden amber with shallow foam and scant lacing. Bitter and grassy hop aroma. Tropical fruits, tangy citrus and mild spices in-mouth. A dry finish. Light body and a zingy mouthfeel.

Golden colour with thick fluffy head. Really well balanced with floral, fruity, bitter hop notes. Exceptionally dry. Just a touch of lingering Belgian yeast adding a slightly spicy element too.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, yeast. Taste is yeasty, some green fruits, some floral hops. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Not amazing.

Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A almost clear yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of grassy and citrusy hops, grapefruit. Taste of grapefruit, grassy and citrusy hops, moderate bitterness

23/IX/22 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a (2022-1260) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear blond beer, creamy white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, citrus notes, hoppy, a bit resinous, grapefruit. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter, very floral, a bit soapy, juicy, some alcohol, more soapy, lavender touch. Aftertaste: a bit fruity, lots of citrus notes, floral as well, decent!
