15/7/2023. Can shared at SBGP3. From CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours dark mahogany brown with a small frothy beige head. Aroma is sweet, chocolate, marshmallow, raspberry, nut, roasted malt. Heavy sweetness, light roasted bitterness, light boozy tartness. Smooth, good body, soft carbonation. Sweet luxurious stuff.

440ml can. Poured almost black in colour with a short-lived, fizzy tan head. The aroma is roasty malt, vanilla, lactose. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a big, super rich, oily, light liqourice, roasty malt, marshmallow, pecan nut, light chocolate, sweet caramel palate. Full bodied with soft carbonation. Awesome beer but plenty of debris in the can and the first half of the can was much better than the rest.

Can at home from Brew york. A dark black brown coloured pour with a fine light tan head. Aroma is medium sweet, nutty chocolate, raspberry, marshmallow. Palate is medium sweet, rounded, sticky moderate carbonation. Flavour is composed medium sweet, brown sugars, maple, nutty, hazelnut, jammy raspberry, marshmallow, light spicy, brown sugars. nutty. oily. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, oily, lowish carbonation.

Panda thanks to Cloin: Poured a deep black brown with a tan color head. Aroma is marshmallow, chocolate, nutty, malty. Taste is rich chocolate, dark fruits, marshmallow, roasted malts, boosty, very complex.

440ml can. Very dark brown with a thin tan head. Aroma of chocolate, vanilla, raisin, honey. Taste is very sweet, chocolate, lots of vanilla, nutty/biscuity, caramel, a bit of dark fruit, quite boozy and warming, but well integrated. Thick, full bodied, creamy smooth. Beautiful.
