Pinkish cream head, medium but stable; reddish dark-brown beer. Roast, cigarette ash; behind this sweet-meaty esters. Still, mainly dry nose. Again dry roast, suppressed maltsweetness. There is a dry creaminess I connect to the rye malt. Quite well bodied, good carbonation, even some slight alcoholwarming. Excellent beer. Unfortunately as much "saison" as a capuccino. Txs to Stef!

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is spiced (phenolic) , roasty (chocolate) . Taste is full, roasty, fairly bitter. Kinda medium-thin on the body. Easy drinkable, dry base - but the nice chocolate roastyness gives it a more mellow, rounder impression.
