The first of a fresh and fermata duo of beers made with Burning Sky. A collaboration to share knowledge and revive the Modern Belgian IPA a forgotten and often misaligned style of farmhouse brewing. Softly golden, opening dry and bitter with aromas of melon, spice and hay. Big fruit esters give way to effervescence and a light lingering finish. Spontaneous barrel aged version from our Fermata Range to follow in time. Farmhouse brewing is nothing without Ferm Friends.

440 ml can, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6%. Nearly clear golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian ale yeast, some fruit and hay. Spicy flavour with a distinct bitterness in the finish.

Tap@Taphouse 8th Birthday week rotating multi TTO (30/04/2022) - Medium sweet malty and fruity, Belgian yeasty linger, bubblegum, sweet lemony citrus, medium body, spice, sweet malty and yeasty finish.
