A devil of a new Patrons Project member, kicking off with a punchy DDH session IPA made with two of the North-East's best breweries.
Happiness has lots of centennial and strata hops but flavours and aroma of overripe tropical fruit, coconut and grapefruit from a dry hop of Idaho 7, Mosaic and Talus. We made this one with Alpha Delta Brewing and Full Circle Brewing; two cracking breweries.

Draught @ Voxhall. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light malt, sweet fruity hops, tropical fruit, melon, peach. Flavor is light sweet, little malt, fruit, tropical fruit. Medium body, average carbonation, light sweet finish. 120823

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (30/09/2022) - Fruity and malty aroma and taste, lots of citrus and exotic fruit, juicy fruity, piney bitter hoppy finish. Easy drinking, nice.

440ml Can - Murky yellow in colour. Grapefruit, stone fruits, hop resins and some tropical notes in the aroma. Hoppy and faintly sweet taste with notes of grapefruit, peach, melon, orange, blueberries, passion fruit and hop resins. Enjoyable.

Draft at Ren Min, Maxwell Food Court, Singapore. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a thin white head. The aroma is grainy malt, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, mineral, stone fruit, light floral, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

440ml can. Hazy pale yellow, white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Taste of pithy citrus, lemon, grapefruit, tropical fruits, very well hopped for a session IPA. Light-medium body.

Keg @ Northern Monk Refectory, Manchester. Cloudy pale yellow with a very small head. Has a citric tropical fruitiness, but not an overly active one. Its aroma is similar. Its strength gives it enough depth without feeling its strength, although feels a tad thin in its aftertaste.
