Play the hits they said. Well here they are. A low abv, refreshing summer sour that combines two fan favourite fruits: raspberry and passion fruit. Our usual gluten free base is assaulted with lots of juicy raspberry and then amplified with tart passion fruit.
P9 is named after the nickname we gave to our new bar down in the beach of Poblenou, and it has a lot to do with it. Summery, Easygoing and chill but full of flavour and takes you straight away to the beach with the first sip. Packed with raspberries and passion fruit, this pink sour fills a beautiful porron that screams Barcelona all the way. grab a can and travel with us to P9 Beach at least with your tastebuds. Salud!

On tap at Ambasada. Hazy red with small white head. Lactic, berries, sweetish, moderate sourness, medium+ carbonation. OKish.

Tap at Ambasada. Misty red body, not much head. Blackcurrant and raspberries in the sweet aroma. Lean, dry, tart, simple, pleasant taste, dominated by blackcurrant. Tasty enough!

Léger rosé/pourpre, col rosé fin peu tenace.
Arôme sur un léger fruité de framboise avec une petite note terreuse et fraiche avec un léger rétro-nasal de fruit de la passion.
Palais présente une belle note aigre marqué par le côté Berliner et un effet un peu levure pâtissière - ajout des framboises donne un caractère acidulé assez classique avec un autre léger côté acide du fruit de la passion qui vient apporter la note tropicale. La framboise prend tout de même un peu le dessus.

Can. An unclear red beer with a thin beige head. THe aroma has notes of yoghurt, raspberries, passionfruit, and wheat. The flavor is sour with notes of raspberries, passion fruit, wheat, and yoghurt, leading to a tart finish.
