750mL bottle, pours a cloudy bright golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of musty grape skins, moderate funk, and a bit of petroleum. Flavour has plenty of grape jelly, some petroleum, moderate funk, grape must, and some earthiness. Quite young, with plenty of grape jelly and petroleum, not so much on the funk. Low complexity for a druivenlambik but it's pleasant.

A: hazy golden, very thin head.
A: grape, gooseberry, oak, lime, cheese.
T: sour gooseberry, physalis, bittersweet grape, sourdough.
F: tart grape skin & juice, softly bitter grassy hops, straw and wood.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft to flat carbonation.
Quite complex and utterly refreshing.

Bottle @ company tasting. Unclear golden body under a decent white head. Aroma has fruity funk, some wood, hint of acidity. Unusually but pleasant aroma, can’t put my finger on what it is but sure interesting. Flavor follows up the surprising aroma, both sweet and acidic, super refreshing, kind of fruity, citric, oranges, flowers. Fine body with nice aftertaste. This was really nice and fun to taste.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Original, Brussels, 20 Oct 2023) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, sourish nose with grapes, grapefruit, apples and barnyard. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grapefruit, sour grapes, apricot, barnyard, wood and a dry and tart finish. No bitterness. Almost full body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a rich acidity and a good grape character. Very nice.

Novare draught, 8/26/23. Clear brass. Thin, white bubbles. Very lambicy nose with mellow, well-macerated grapes. Very Vigneronne-like, maybe a bit less intense culture. Juicy, tart, funky, heavy mineral. Soft, tart, juicy, easygoing, big Brett funk with earthy, funky yeast and tons of mellow Brett and lacto. Wow this is quite impressive. Super easygoing, authentic, light oak and no acetic. Ok, will be trying more. Really easygoing and drinkable for its massive size. Is that good or bad?!

From tap at Csak a Jó Sör – Only Good Beer in Budapest 10.06.23. Clear golden. White head and lacing. Excellent aroma and taste of Gueuze, brett, dry white wine and dry sherry.

Draft pour at The Sovereign. Poured a golden color with a small white head. Fruity notes, with grapefruits. Tangerine, tartness. Flavor was light tartness. Tasty.
