0,75l bottle at home. Blend 1. BB 08/2026. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells funky, oak, cheesy, earthy, stone fruits, light sewer notes. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes grassy, citric, lime, peppery, some stone fruits, bit cheesy. finishes rather dry and light to medium sour with notes of citrus, grassy and earthy notes. I really like this one. But its bordering on too much lactic sourness for me, on the tart side, also a bit too bubbly. None the less also very refreshing.

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart white grapes, brett, pale malt. Taste of sour white grapes, brett, vinegar, peach, barnyard.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Holzig säuerlicher, spritzig brettiger Beginn. Zitrus, minimal Rhabarber, trocken, langer säuerlicher Abgang. Gelungen. 10/12/12/12/11/12

2021 bottle, courtesy of Zhenya, Ivan & Hookstar. Ty! Golden body, offwhite head. Brett-dominated aroma, bit earthy, especially on second pour, but it got stirred up, not gonna downrate it for it. Fresh, citric taste, bretty, good touch of tangerine, some rhubarb, ending bitterish. Juicy, leaned out and well balanced. Very well made, great job!
