Bottled 330ml. -Dark amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, caramel and some dried fruits in the nose. Sweet malty, caramel, alcoholo, light dried fruits and sweet finish. One-dimensional and too sweet.

Bottle. Clear brown. Soy sauce, umami sweet and salty. Flat. Very much like an ale.

Bottle at Ratebeer München Tasting Tuesday 31st January 2023. Pours brown, good clarity, peeling away to a light brown at the edges. Thickness and softness in the mouth, a little rustic edge, caramel and toffee mostly, a little warmth from the abv, good.

Clear mahagoni. Aroma is bonbon caramel light mushroom. Taste is sweet mushroom with lots of grassy bitter hops. A bit weird...

Bottle. Chestnut color with off-white head. Aroma is bonbon, earthy, toffee, mushrooms. Taste is toffee, bready malts, sauteed mushroom umami, decent bitterness in the back. Oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation. Solid!

Bottle. Handsome red chestnut, low golden foam. Citric and grassy on a berrylike melanoidin base. Medium full dry chewy body. Spicy, heather, honey cakes, nice pine citric backstop.
