What a lovely surprise this was! Bottle at home. Pours golden with quite some head initially. Aroma is vinous, grapes, acidic, funk. Medium body. Flavour is a lot richer and maltier than expected. Caramel, some hoppiness, quite a bit of funkiness and white wine flavours. Camomille is also there, as is a general herbal touch from the hops. Really lovely, though it's closer to a saison with the barrel-aging I'd say.
