Fun House is another take on the Modern West Coast-IPA, this time in the form of a Double IPA. Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Cryo Pop, it is by far the most hop saturated beer we’ve ever made.
It’s dry, clear, and very light bodied, providing a perfect canvas for the hops to really shine. Huge dank hop aromas with notes of pineapple, mango, blueberry kush, pine, grapefruit and spice, with a bold drying bitterness that leaves you wanting more.
Dangerously drinkable for an 8,0% beer.

Tap@MBCC 2022, Copenhagen (14/05/2022) - Solid grassy hoppy and sweet malty, notes of caramel and toffee, resinous bitter hoppy into the finish. Solid west coaster.

Tap. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is powdered sugar, some exotic fruit hops, almost petrol too, some pine and resin, clean. Taste is pine and resin, powdered sugar, pretty sweet, bitter finish. Oily mouthfeel, natural carbonation. Good, but a bit too sweet for me to be a winner.

MBCC. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and moderate hoppy - fruity and citrus. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 140522
