Fun House is another take on the Modern West Coast-IPA, this time in the form of a Double IPA. Hopped with Mosaic, Simcoe and Cryo Pop, it is by far the most hop saturated beer we’ve ever made.
It’s dry, clear, and very light bodied, providing a perfect canvas for the hops to really shine. Huge dank hop aromas with notes of pineapple, mango, blueberry kush, pine, grapefruit and spice, with a bold drying bitterness that leaves you wanting more.
Dangerously drinkable for an 8,0% beer.

Golen with a white head - Citrus herbal hop aroma - malt body with a citrus and herbal hop flaovur with bitterness - Hop flavours and bitterness goes into the finish - This was good

Tap @MBCC 2022, Red Session. Clear golden, white head. Piney, malty and fruity aroma. Bittersweet flavour, pine, malt and some fruity notes.

Draught at Skaal Sønderborg. Cloudy dark golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is fruity and sweetish. Slightly caramelly. Citric finish, and caramelly. Flavorful and refreshing. Good grassy finish.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, citrus fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, citrus fruits, straw, malt, and spices, leading to a bitter finish.

Can from DinØl.dk. Cloudy dark golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma of orange, peach and mango. Sweetish fruity flavour with a malty touch, and a quite bitter finish. You notice the alcohol.

Can 44 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a rich and lacing white head with good retention. Lovely fresh, citrusy nose with a slight dankness. Solid, fruity body, minerally, very dry fruitiness, slightly tart with a massive, finishing bitterness. 240622

Draught @ Skänk, Hillerød. Pours slightly hazy dark straw with stable white head. Clear aroms of yeast and malt, with buttery and fruity notes. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus with notes of yeast and fruit, and touches of malt. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Reasonable, but I have never liked butter in beer, so these nuances somewhat spoil the experience.
