Shared can at beer tasting at Johan’s place with Johan, Holmen1, Jone and Anna 26.08.24. Murky pale orange colour. Aroma and acid taste of lactic acid, mango and passion fruit. Good!

Ser ut som frukostjus, uten skum. Luktar mjølkerom og frukt, rips. Fruktig og frisk, mykje mjølkesyre, mango.

440 ml can, as Salikatt Radix Ultra Fruited Sour, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Opaque yellow to orange colour, moderate off-white head, disappears after a while. Aroma of over-ripe pineapple and peaches, also passionfruit. Gul uklar med hvitt skum. Lukter sur lys stenfrukt. Fyldig. Sur fruktig. Smaker sure stenfrukter, fersken, passionsfrukt og lime. Middels lang.

Can. Pours like fruit puree. Massive passion fruit, apricot, pineapple, wheat, alcohol, weird herbs. Smoothie consistency , medium sour.

0,44 boks fra fruktdisken hos VP Verksgata, hjemme: mudret mangogul med højt men svært kortvarig skum. Intens og forventet aroma av ananas og pasjonsfrukt, pluss mango, lime og citron. Det samme i smaken. Maltsmak er totalt fraværende. Hadde det ikke vært for prisen kunne jeg gladelig erstattet frokostjuicen med denne. Det er ingenting her som minner om øl, og formiddagsbrisen hadde vært sikret.
0,44 litre Can, from Vinmonopolet Lillehammer. Murky orange with little head. Pineapple, Passionfruit, Fruity, sweetness, thick, Smooth!

Can sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Muddy smoothie-like orange. Passion fruits, juicy, some pineapple, lacto, sour-sweetish. Very nice.

Uklar gul farge med lys gult skum. Lukter pasjonsfrukt og ananas. Syrlig i smak. smak av sitron, ananas og pasjonsfrukt. fyldig.
