Bottle. Color: Very pale, slightly hazy golden. Fast disappearing white head. Aroma: Marzipan, almond, vinuous hints. Taste: Medium tart, vinegar notes, vinuous, dessert wine notes, marzipan, almond. Just below medium body, just below average carbonation. Bit thin. Interesting but I was expecting more from my first Ammonite beer.

Draft at Billie’s Craft Beer Festival 2022. Hazy pale yellow color, still. Big chemical aroma. Taste is extremely tart and acetic. Not my cup of tea. Maybe further blending will smooth it out

Pale, cloudy yellow beer with no head. Vinegar, wine acidity, old winecasks. Sour apple - with the emphasis on 'sour'. Further taste is acetic acid. Acidburn and -thinning, sharp & aggressive, no carbonation. Excellent for a salad dressing.

11/XI/22 - 75cl bottle @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 1), BB: n/a (2022-1478) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Clear pale light yellow beer, no head. Aroma: uh oh, vinegar, very sourish impression, soapy as well, a bit floral, chemical and dirty, pretty weird, nope. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of melons, ripe apricots, very sourish, weird, lemony, sour tangerines and mandarins, not too bad. Aftertaste: very acidic, dry, oranges and other citrus notes, ok-ish.

Bottle @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022.
