330mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out lots of cognac, apple brandy, and a touch of cinnamon. Flavour is well-integrated, with apple brandy, cinnamon, cognac, and dark sugars. Lots of cognac and apples on the finish. Not as complex or well-integrated as some of Pohjala's other stouts but this is a nice oddball BA stout.

On tap at LKBW, 2023. Black with tan head. Roasted malts, chocolate, some fruity notes, spicy, apples, some alcohol, brandy. Doesn't work very well all together.

Flaska från SB drucken med bokklubben till en äppelpaj med glass. Choklad, cognac, äpplen, vanilj. Bra kropp och balans. Kanske inte superkomplex men rejäl och välbalanserad med fina fattoner. En perfekt kombo.

Fra fat på Taphouse, delt med Steven: nesten kullsvart med ok skum. Syndige inntrykk av de mørkeste malter, chokolader, mørke karamellchokolader, vanilje, hint af kokos og friskbrænt kaffe. Velgjørende salighed for to tørste vandrere.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, small pale beige head that went away fast, discreet cinnamon in the nose. Barrel, malt and alcohol at first with some light cinnamon and sweet apples later. All in all disappointment.
