Sherry, sweet coffee, milk chocolate. There’s some apple and cinnamon but quite subtle, there’s mostly stout and barrel. Quite sweet.

Clear dark brown to black beer, no head. Aroma: malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, dry, very rural impression, caramel, a bit of a sweet impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, blueberries, bitter, dry, more roast, some alcohol burning. Aftertaste: dry, very roasted, a bit sweet, alcohol, blueberry jam, a bit weird. Not getting any cinnamon or anything, not sure where the strudel part is at…

33cl bottle bought at the brewery. Pours pitch black with a tiny, beige head. Roasty and chocolaty with apples, cinnamon and mild wooden notes. Smooth, desserty and quite flavourful. Very enjoyable.
