10 November 2023. At Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Thanks to tderoeck for sharing today's beers - cheers to so many more!
Clear brown. Diluted caramel sauce, candied fig, red apple. Sweet fig & syrup; sour blackberry, raisin. Bitter herbal hops, sweet-sour dried fruits. Medium body, average carbonation. Certainly not bad. Labeled as 'no style' by the brewer, although any style might have given it a bit more direction.

Fast dwindling, high cream-yellow head over deep red beer. Sticky, dank odour, almonds, bit meaty, faint caramel/syrup. Sweet, raisins, portwine, dark but sweet bread. Utterly sticky MF, syrupy, not very carbonated in the end. Too sweet, at the edge of cloying.

10/XI/23 - 75cl bottle @ Billies Craft Beer Festival (Antwerp), Day 1 - part 1, BB: n/a, 2022 vintage, bottle # 76 (2023-912) Thanks to NathanVC for sharing today’s beers!
Clear purple brown beer, practically no head, unstable, dissipates completely, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit dirty, cheesy, sweaty feet, funky, sourish impression, malty, dried fruits, ripe banana. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: surprisingly sourish, ripe banana, some tannins, raisins, soft roast, autolyse, a little dirty, weird. Aftertaste: dry, pretty sourish, a bit malty, grains, some caramel, bitter, some tannins, woody, a bit of vanilla, ok.
