Bouteille 33cl, BB 06/2025, en vertical avec la version Calvados. Big gusher alerte, la moitié de la bouteille perdue.
Pâle, col léger blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant raisin, amande, touche mielleuse, fleurs blanches, pêche de vigne avec un nez malté qui laisse ample place à la barrique pour briller.
Palais est plus que correct vu la perte à ouverture de la bouteille, je craignais le pire. Caractère complexe du Montrachet, cela se prête très bien au volet barley wine. Douceur de bouche rappelant les amandes voire le croissant au beurre avec une note de fruits secs en fin de bouche et qcq épices. Malts caramel, pâle, ambre et cristal avec une petite touche e sucre résiduel en retrait.

Roodbruin bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is ietwat zurig en fruitig met iets van pruimen, rode bessen, rode wijn en rozijnen.

33cl bottle from Rob the Gourmets’ Market in Brussels. F: thin, tan, quick gone. C: amber to coppery, hazy. A: malty, berries, rose wine, spicy, dried fruits, woody. T: full malty base, berries, rose wine, woody, dried fruits, bit forest fruits, decent bitterness, honey touch, soft carbonation, nice one, enjoyed.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma: Vinuous, white wine, grape, malty, sweetish. Taste: White wine, grape, oak wood, vanilla notes, some tannins, malty, slightly spicy. Medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate to over modertse sweet. Light bitterness. Ok, but missing the base beer mostly.

33cl bottle. A clear dark golden beer. Aroma of mid sweet strong pale malt, some honey and wood. Taste of wood, strong pale malt, white wine, honey.
