0.5l bottle from E.Leclerc RIBEAUVILLE. Head is medium, white, average retention. Colour is gold, hazy. Aroma is malty, banana, honey, spicy. Taste is medium malty base, light grainy, banana, herbal spicy, honey, bit harsh bitterness, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, ok for the style.

Bottle from Quack-Duck, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Citrus and a hint of yoghurt in the aroma. Slightly herbal citric flavor, with a short aftertaste.

Bottle shared by Ster at tderoeck’s place, cheers! Top-fermented, Belgian-inspired French beer with moussy, off-white, creamy head and hazy straw blonde colour with warm peachy hue and lively fizz. Aroma of cereals, dried apricot, grass, cheese, apple peel with a slight cider hint perhaps, green banana. Crisp, fruity onset, appleish, sweetish with soft, berry-like sourish undercurrent but restrained, smooth and medium fizzy mouthfeel, cereally middle, simple and straightforward malt sweetishness, bit grainy, light bitterish, grassy and floral hop touch in the finish, somewhat metallic as well. Rather thin, simple, very classic and unambitious - if not boring - blonde, but technically alright.

Clear blond beer, small aery white irregular head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: sweet malts, bit sugary, cookie dough, some caramel. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet start, malty, grains, bit yeasty, fruity, some banana. Aftertaste: some banana, pretty hoppy, yeast, grains, bitter touch in the finish. Actually quite ok.
