Pours unclear blonde, no real head. Scent is full, funky, not very typical saison. Not very fruity either. Taste is full, sharp, bit dry, mild tartness. Full fruityness here, which is a pleasant surprise after the aroma. Decent, but why oh why a see-trough bottle ?

500mL bottle at Cantillon for Quintessence 2025, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of rustic saison yeast, light peach, and a touch of sulphuric noted. Flavour has muted peaches, rustic notes, and a hint of funk. Muted and somewhat sulphuric despite the nice funk. Okay.

Bottle pour at Quintessence 2025. Pours murky pale orange with a white head. Rustic wild yeast and peach skins on the nose. Flavour has fruity peach, some skins, gentle wild yeast character. Pretty solid.

Süffiger, minimal säuerlicher Beginn. Leicht herb, geringe Säure, eher trocken. Ok. 9/10/9/9//9

Bottle sampled at Quintessence. Clear light golden. Soft peach, light funk, dough, yoghurt, soft spices. All very subtle and clean, with a subtle funky backbone. Light sweet, a bit more sour, not bitter. Over light bodied.

Brassigaume 2023. Slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of tart peach, apricot, zest. Taste of sour peach, zest, grapes, a bit brett, refreshing.

Bouteille 75cl partagée avec Willy, BB 31/07/2026.
Couleur pâle, col blanc fin disparaissant vite.
