Bottled. A dark brown beer with a nice lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of nuts as well as medium notes of malt, caramel, and a light touch of spices. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel and alcohol, as well as medium notes of nuts, spices, and malt, as well as light notes of chocolate, leading to a dry, lightly bitter, and alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Clear, ruby body, with a big, fluffy, beige head. Dried fruits, mostly raisins, and some grain on the nose. A bit more complexity could be nice. The flavor has grains, malt and dried fruits, finishing with a little spicyness, sweetness and some cellar-notes. Full body. Nice one! (070705)
