--Bottled. -- Clear mahogany colour, minimal head. Caramelly nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and bread. Mid bitter finish.

330ml. bottle as part of the Advent Calendar, day 3. @home, 08/12/2022 [#5.708 Global - #68 France - #1 Brasserie Galibot (My French Brewery #33)] Pours dark brown with a thin off-white head. Aroma: dough, caramel and toffee. Taste: toffee, liquorice and mild roasty malts. Clean malty mouthfeel. Medium bodied. Fair carbonation. Next one please!

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere Advent Calendar - Hazy brown body, rocky top. Nose is malt forward, dates, raisins and a bit of burnt mocha. Chocolate in the taste, more malts, a bit of watery spices. Decent enough.

Bottle from the Beer Hawk Advent Calendar. Aroma had caramel with a touch of espresso and dark chocolate. Opaque cola brown. Creamy beige head. Medium bitter, the aforementioned chocolate and coffee. Juicy dark berry edge provides tang. Creaminess/yeastiness into the finish. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. I like. Certainly hits the spot.

Bière 50 cl. Robe noisette, assez transparente, reflets cuivrés, dépôt épais. Nez plutôt fermé, notes de levures, céréales douces. Bonne carbonatation, bulles nombreuses mais fines. Bouche rôtie, brûlée, amertume du malt rôti équilibrée par l'acidité. Équilibre réussi mais aromatique trop légère, sans doute lié à son petit côté bière allemande.
