SLOWMO is our collab with E Farmz, the Belgian e-shop which delivers organic, locals and seasonal products. In this Saison, we use Belgian organic beetroots and pears from local farms. Red and fruity with a refreshing bitterness, SLOWMO allows to have a break, go away from the stressful urban life and stop running.

Can from Geers.
A: clear red, think, pink head.
A: earth, beetroot, old pear, blood orange, tree leaves.
T: sweetish pear & beetroot, bitter earth, wheat.
F: earthy & herbal hops, bittersweet beetroot.
P: medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Decent experiment; the beetroot fits the (toned-down) base profile.

pinkish ruby colour, pinkish head; aroma of beetroot, earthy, barnyard, mild balsamic acidy, slight peppery and fruity-red berries notes; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with beetroot dominance; interesting one

Can, pink colour, white foam. Nose of pear, very earthy, bitter, dry and fruity. Unique, but I don't know if I like it.

On tap at Brussels Beer Project - Brussels, pours a clear bright pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma brings out rustic saison yeast, earthy beets, and light funk. Flavour is very earthy, with lots of soil-like beet, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of funk. Earthy, rustic and soil-like. It's alright.

Tap at the brewery. Thin body, med-high carbonation. Moderately wheaty, phenolic spicy. Medium bitterness, low swwetness. Feels a bit watery, but easy drinking, tasty, earthy. Good.

19/III/23 - 33cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 19/X/23 13:26 :) (2023-239)
Little cloudy ruby red beer, big aery irregular off-white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity touch, very yeasty, lots of (over)ripe banana, a hint of beetroot, some berries, bread notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, pretty watery impression, quite some beetroot, a bit spicy, earthy, more bitterness, fruity touch. Aftertaste: bitter, hoppy touch, yeasty, some banana, grassy, a little malty, some wheat acidity maybe?

Clear dark red colour with thin wispy head. Both the beetroot and pear detectable in aroma and taste. Has a base flavour of a wheaty, yeasty Saison. Decent body. Well made. Interesting overall taste.
