Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours transparent, dark blonde, with fine white foam. Aroma is cereal and bready, with a little honey. Body is average, with moderate carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with just about bitterness to keep it on the rails. Final is thin.

Bottle from Westhill Service Station. It pours hazy deep orangey - amber with a white cap. The aroma is earthy, bready, cereal, leaf, spice, biscuit, dull orange marmalade and grass. The taste is drying, earthy, leather, wood, floury bread, biscuit, cereal, underlying sweetness, grainy, chalky, leafy hops and light herbal accent with a drying, spicy grain finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fine, but forgettable.

Large rocky white head left a tight foamy white cover on an unclear amber coloured body. Malt, berry & cardboard aroma. Medium bodied, lively with a full back & cloying aft. Fruity, sweet, light malt & lightly hopped tastes. Well balanced & easy going.

Bottle. Little Leeds Beer House online shop. Soft haze on a pale gold. Thin, dense, lasting, white head. Nose has caramel and bready grain. Sweaty yeast. Old leaf hop. Taste is a little sweet and yeasty, with a firm, leafy bitterness. Smooth mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Moderate bitterness to finish. Nice.

Bottle from Beers Of Europe. Label says Zwickelbier 5.2% abv. Pours a hazy amber colour with a medium sized white head. Aromas of grains, hay, straw and doughy bread. Taste is the same notes as the aroma. Medium body with a very slightly oily mouthfeel. Light grassy finish. Very nice Kellerbier.
