Black with a brown head - Dark malt aroma with wood barrel - Malt body with chocolate , wood barrel flavours - Dark malt and wood flavours goes into the finish - This was real good

Draught, taster @MBCC 2023, Copenhagen (Denmark). 06/05/2023. [#6.389 Global - #36 Brazil - #7 Spartacus Brewing] Pours pitch black with a small tan head. Aroma: rye, whiskey barrels, vanilla and dark chocolate malts. Taste: bourbon, toffee and burnt sugar. Smooth and complex palate. Drinks well despite of the ABV. Next one please!

Draught at MBCC 2023, Red session. Pitch black body, scattered lacing, bare naked surface. Roasted malty aromas, choco-caramel. Rather sweet taste of vanilla caramel and mocha chocolate, hints of dark fruits beneath. Smoothly roasted, lingering finish of soft chocolate with warming alcohol. Solid sipper qualities.
