On tap at Billie’s, Saturday. A dark resz nem nagyon jott at sajnos, pedig vartam volna egy kis malatas karaktert. Igy viszont csak egy malnas sour, nem rossz, csak eppen lattuk mar ezt parszor.

Dark red-purple colour with quick fading head and low, fine carbonation. Aroma is mostly raspberry and blackberry but there's a light, vinous, red wine, oak note too. Nice berry sweetness with a light sour tang. It dries out really well in the finish. Has elements if a natural wine.

Pours brownred. Scent is full, earthy, fruitacidic. Funky, glue-like aspects almost. Taste is sharp, tart, dry, earthy, glue. Not my thing, to my surprise. Even a bit smokey/peaty towards the end.

12/XI/22 - on tap @ Billie’s Craft Beer Fest (day 2), BB: n/a (2022-1574) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Pretty cloudy dark brown beer, no head. Aroma: sourish impression, berries, a bit roasted, wood notes. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sourish start, fruity, raspberries, pretty acidic. Aftertaste: more sourness, gentle bitterness, raspberries, dry and bitter finish. Ok, not great.
