Gertrud on salapärane naine. Temast räägitakse palju, kuid vähesed on teda näinud. Tema juuksed olevat päikeseloojangupunased, põsed ehakoidu roosad ja silmad taevasinised. Kuid peamist elevust tekitab hoopis tema metsik kirsiõlu. Neli aastat keldris peidetud ja mahlaste magushapude kirssidega kääritatud jook, mis pakub kosutust ja avastamisrõõmu ning paneb janunema elu salapära järele. Kes seda on maitsenud, see kadunuks jäänud.
Gertrud on kirssidega pruulitud metsik õlu.
Estonian Wild Ale on eriseeria õllesid, mis on kääritatud Eesti loodusest kogutud pärmide ja bakteritega.

Draught@TCBW2023. Hazy deep red colour with a small pinkish white head. Aroma is tart fruits, soem vinegar, mild cherries, some toffee and mild wooden tones. Flavour is cherries, vinegar, some tartness and mild herbal and earthy tones. Pleasantly balanced. Nice one!

Rating No. 16400 Bottled 750ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. 8.0%ABV Misty red coloured, minimal off-white head, tartish cherry nose. Cherry, light rusy, touch of wood and alcohol with dry tartish finish. Quite nice.

Pours a dark purperred. Scent is cherry, bit plastic though. Taste is sharp, petrol, cherries, mild and simple acidity. medium carbo. OK.

Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2022, Saturday Session. A purple red beer with a white lacing. Aroma and Taste of sour red grapes, blackcurrant, red fruits.

Little cloudy deep red to amber brown beer, no head. Aroma: nice, fruity, berries, wood notes, dry impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very acidic start, fruity, lots of cherries, clean pleasant acidity, lemon juice, some alcohol coming through, dry and bitter notes. Aftertaste: spicy, dry, lemon juice, very fruity, pleasant sourness, bitter finish, decent beer! Didn’t get the cherries though.
