'Wild ale' (I guess fermented or at least refermented with Brettanomyces) with grapes macerated in it, bottle shared by tderoeck, thanks Tim. Loose, open ring of small off-white bubbles, clear yellow golden robe. Aroma of indeed strong Riesling grapes but also sour green apple, unripe pineapple, margarine, vanilla-scenting oak wood, grape skins, peach, gooseberry, yellow plum. Tart onset, sour grapes, unripe pineapple, crabapple and unripe mandarin impressions, moderate carb, quite slender mouthfeel for style and ABV; some softening Riesling fructose and juiciness further on, slim pale malty base under continuing fruity tartness and growing woodiness, a bit tannic but it is really the sour fruitiness, even becoming rather lemony in the end, that makes up the main flavour. Solid enough for what it is, but a bit one-sidedly sour and lacking some depth and complexity - I was expecting more from this brewery, to be honest.

22/XII/23 - 37.5cl bottle from a trade, shared @ home, BB: n/a, 2023 vintage (2023-1192) Thanks to Grzegorz for the trade!
Clear yellow orange beer, small aery off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of grapes all right, wow! Funky, musty, floral, white wine. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, a bit oily, riesling smell, nice acidity, very fruity, peaches, nice complexity. Aftertaste: slightly sweet almost, oily, fruity, a little funky, some tannins, more peach, very nice!

Vintage 2023. Half champagne bottle. Poured into Cantillon tasting glass. Kwasne, pachnace gronami w sloncu, winnica, morska bryza. W smaku mniszkowe, kwasne cytrusy, przedojzaly bialy agrest nieco moreli. Wyraznie kwaskowe, i wytrawne, niski profil slodowy. chmiel w zasadzie tu nie potrzebna, jasna barwa z metnoscia pod koniec. Musujace nadmiernie, ale daje to fajnej trwalosci sporej piany.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is dried wood, some funk, tartness and mild herbal and earthy tones. Flavour is dry wood, some herbs, tartness and mild wooden elements. Smooth spicy tartness in the finish. Mouthdrying. Beautiful beer.

Pours clear blonde. Scent is funky, petrol, lambic-like funk. Thick, medium grape forward. Taste is sharp, tart, fiunky, woody, very lambic like. Intense petrol by the riesling. Pronounced is an understatement. Characteristic, yet balanced. but perhaps a bit much on the petrol side...
