Hazy DIPA with orange and vanilla. A flurry of orange and citrus aromas shriek from the can in Screamsickle, our 8.0% Orange and Vanilla Hazy DIPA. Cascade, Citra, and Amarillo hops complement the citrus while a dash of vanilla balances it out for the perfect hazy to beat back the cold weather. It'll have ya screamin' for more.

Can, from Trader Joe's. Pours cloudy dark yellow with a foamy thin white head, citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, mildly sweet citrus peel taste with vanilla flavor, thin body, long medium bitter orangey finish. Good flavors.

16oz can. Cloudy orange pour, spotty head. Aroma is oranges, citrus oil. Taste adds vanilla, more citrus oil notes. A bit sticky.

16 oz. can from The Mansion. Pours a semi-hazy orange-gold color with a thick khaki head and great retention. Good lacing. Dominant orange citrus aroma, with some vanilla. Likewise, initially strong orange flavor with some supporting vanilla notes, followed by some hoppy bitterness and a long, warming, boozy finish. Medium body. Smooth, semi-creamy mouthfeel until the alcohol kicks in. Could be good, but it’s too strong.

Pretty hazy golden coloured body with a light, pretty small single centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of very strong oranges and vanilla, with a ton of lactose and creamy notes here in the nose with only a dash of malts and no real bitterness from the hops. Medium to Full-bodied; Very strong and pungent, rich malt notes dominate with a ton of wheatie and soft bitterness from the hops with some good orange notes and only a touch of bitterness from the alpha acids, with a light dose of sweetness at the end. Aftertaste shows some enjoyable orange and juicy notes without much bitterness at all, with only a good kick of vanilla, cream and sugars on the end, with some pretty easy-going hops here, especially on the end. Overall, a nice IPA with a great deal of orange notes with some good vanilla and wheat notes with the lactose, wheat and soft sugars here and no bitterness at all, nor any pungency. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Trader Joe's in New York (Union Square - 14th Street), New York on 03-December-2022 for US$3,50 sampled on the streets of New York on 03-December-2022 with my family at Christmastime.
