Bottle, courtesy of Brugmansia. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white to beige head. The aroma is smoked, slightly rubbery and with a meaty touch. A bit boring flavor, smoked and slightly rubbery with caramel malt notes. Medium body. It finishes like it starts, smoked and acidic. Well, it’s not bad, but I don’t think it’s a well composed beer. Anyway, cheers to your 10K Patrik. 100814

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber. Funky tart citric bacon smoke aroma. Dry and juicy, where smoke and stringency brings a rubbery sensation. Medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Funky and bizarre, suitable bizarre punk style beer for Pat.

Cloudy amber with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, smoke and plastic. Dry and slightly tart smoked flavour with a touch of fruit and grapefruit peel. I can honestly say that I like Patrik much, much better than his beer.

Bottle at ChrisO "I’m Trying to see the Stool" pre GBBF2010 tasting. Many congrats to Patrik on his 10k ratings. He’s a really good guy and I look forward to seeing him each year. This is a golden beer, some yeast and some wood flavours to it. Didn’t pick up a lot of the smoke to be honest.

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2010. Pours cloudy amber with a creamy white head. Yest, fruit and alcohol. Some chewy caramel beaneath a layer of rubber. Rather weird.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Cloudy gold beer. Light palate. Smoky and sour - mmmm. a bit odd. Well done for trying something different though.

cloudy milky looks, small white head. faint aroma flavor is hoppy, faint sourish, mild.

Bottle. Refreshing aroma, almost Bretty, perhaps a little smoke. Cloudy amber colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour starts off OK refreshing, then turns a little smoky in the finish. I would not have guessed it to be a lambic.

Cloudy amber with a medium off white head. Malty nose with hints of caramel. Flavor had hints of smoke, caramel and toasted malt.
