Bottle @Højbjerg Tasting. Clear golden, small white head. Mild, yellow apple aroma. Sweet apple flavour, light funky apple, light acidity to balcance. Nice.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich apples, little sugar, little acid, tart, leather and has a nice sour finish.

Sampled @ BAF Rotterdam 2018. A clear pale yellow golden colour, no head. Aroma of yery dry tart apples, riped apples. Taste of mid sweet riped apples, dry apples.

Tap at Cider Cider. Clear golden with big white head. Sweet apple, light champagne, boozy, bitter herbs and apple cores, white wine. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with sparkly carbonation.
