--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clear pale golden, no head. Aroma of fresh garden apples. Dryish with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Concentrated flavours of fresh, tRt apples with apple skins and a very light funky touch. Mild apple seed bitterness. Refreshing and elegant with some complexity.

Bottle (from Alko web). Yellow colour, small white head and quite sparkling. Aroma is funky, earthy and some sweet apples to it. Flavour is apples, mild bluecheesy tones with some slight funk and earth.

75cl bottle from Drinks Supermarket. Pours clear gold. Bright nose full of medium sweet apple fruit. Taste presents a really nicely balanced medium, with good depth to the fruit character brought to life with a spritzy carbonation. Mild farmhouse funk and distant woody hints. Welcome strength. Excellent drinkability.

Dorée claire, col fin blanc retombant vite.
Arôme est frais, bien axé sur le fleuri - verger frais, fleur de pommier, miel presque sur un melomel.
Palais bien fruité, pomme assez sec et acerbe, petite rondeur oscillant vers caramélisé, fleuri presque de honeydew allant vers un effet de bouche fleuri - pot-pourri rencontre le miel avec effet gousse de vanille très subtil. Grinçant aux dents avec un léger collant aux lèvres - sucre résiduel même si le tout est franchement bien sec.

14/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear bright gold with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apples, touch funky and caramel. Medium sweetness, moderate tartness. Medium body, oily texture, gently spritzy carbonation. Nicely drinkable, enjoyed it.

750ml wired cork bottle from drinksupermarket online. Golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, alittle funk. Taste is tangy, apple, fruity, sweetish, hints of funk, and with alittle acidic tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

ABV: 7.5%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, apple skin, apples, light funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, apples, apple skin, tart, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat. [20200111]
