For our newest IPA Series release, we decided to see how many Mosaic hops we could cram into one beer. We call this: Mosaic Four Ways! We used FOUR different types of Mosaic hops for a beer that showcases everything we love about one of the craft beer world's go-to hops. Regular Mosaic combines with Mosaic CRYO, Mosaic INCOGNITO and Mosaic SPECTRUM for aromas of tropical fruits, with flavours of juicy mangoes, guava and ripe berries.

Hazy yellow, with a small white head. Aroma is intense citrus zest, very green and somewhat dank. Mouth feel is a bit thin, carb is solid. Medium to highly bitter, loads of citrus zest and oils, tropical notes, and very juicy finish.

473 ml can picked at the local Systembolaget outlet. It never stops amazing me, that you have easy access to highly rated Canadian beer in a small shop in a rural part of Sweden. Hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with tropical impressions, stone fruits, mango, tangerine. The taste is bitter. Medium body. Dry and bitter finish. Lovely.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy pale orange with a small quick fading off-white cap. Nose has tropical fruit, citrus, stone fruit and melon. Light sweet fruit under a medium pineapple and grapefruit bitterness. Mouth is medium and creamy with average carbonation and a juicy finish. 8/3/7/4/15

473ml can. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a small, foamy, short lived, off-white head that laces nicely. Fruity aroma of grainy pale malt, grapefruit, peach, mango, earthy yeast and light piney hops. Sweet fruity flavour of grainy pale malt, orange peel, pineapple, mango, earthy yeast and light piney hops in a slightly dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily to watery texture and soft carbonation. A bit thin for the style. Was hoping for more.

Lightly hazed, golden-yellow, bright colour with a small bubbly white cap, average retention with a few spots of foamy lacing. Lemon zest aromas with a touch of orange juice, some fresh herbal spices and hints of grass. The mouthfeel is fairly flat with mostly wetness, and not much dryness for and IPA. The flavours shows some light pineapples fruitiness, citrus juices, a touch of their peel and that spicy herbal note that saves me on this one. Not my fave IPA from this brewery I like.

Sharp mosaic hops, pretty rich here. Hazy orange pour with good head. Unripe mango and mandarin. Light hop tang finish. A little green onion but pretty well done for a hazy. Can.
