In früheren Zeiten wird in Brauereien neben dem täglichen Geschäft ein extra Bier gebraut, welches als "Haustrunk" oder "Freitrunk" cm die Mitarbeiter*innen abgegeben wurde. Der Haustrunk ist heutzutage als Deputat immer noch Teil des Gehaltes in Brauereien, aber es wird dafür in der Regel kein besonderes Bier eingebraut. Das ist bei uns in der Marktwirtschaft anders.

Creamy wite good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ Markwirtschaft. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, straw and hops. Malty caramel finish.

13/1/2023. Tap at Marktwirtschaft - Brauhaus zu Glücksburg, Germany. Pours clear dark golden with a frothy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, bread, fruit, slight chalky edge. Fairly sweet with light to moderate bitterness. Medium body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Pretty decent.

Tap at the brewery. Cloudy dark amber, tanned creamy head. Light dusty grainy. Medium full mellow chewy body, juicy malt, grassy hops, light salty moreish note.

Draught at the brewpub. Very little aroma. Cloudy light amber colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly and slightly sweet with a mild spicy hoppiness. 737314
