Craft Beer Junction bottleshare, thanks to me. Hazy gold amber beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy and light malts, smooth malt cream. Light fruity bourbon barrel, nice vanilla oak. Mild spice. Smooth finish, slightly savoury. This is a good barleywine, but it is in the same tasting as a couple of other barleywines that have been stellar.

Sample at the 10th Pre-Brugse Bierfestival International Beer Swap in De Bierboom on 9th June 2023. Cheers who ever brought this. Bottle 197 of 400, 750ml bottles. Beige head on a red/brown body. Malty and boozy with a good hop blend for balance. Nicely made brew, the sort you'd like to have more of before passing onto the next table!
