Tap @ BBF 2010. Yoghurt in the grassy citric aroma. Vennel. Flat beer. Moderately sour with vennel, lemon and apple. Sharpish but still excellent.

Cloudy light amber color, no head, almost no carbonation. Nice fruity aroma, some grapefruit, bitter lemon peel. The body is very smooth, persistent enough, with light sourness and moderate astringency, and strong character from citrus fruits, same ones from the aroma. Balanced and at the same time interesting. Very high drinkability.

Pours cloudy deep golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of fruity vinegar. Taste is light sweet and medium sour with a dry finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, carbonation is flat.

tap at mikkeller bar. Hazy light orange, very small white head. Aroma of fresh sour lambic. Faint grassy note from the hops. 8 flavor is sour , hoppy note, grassy green tea note from the hops.

Draft @ Ørsted Ølbar, Copenhagen. Pours a hazy orange color with a small fast disappearing off-white head. Has a fruity tart sour aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity tart sour funky flavor with citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity sour tart finish.

Draught. Frothy white fair mostly deminishng head. Unclear yellow colour. moderate malty and hoppy very sour aroma. Heavy bitter very astringent flavor. Long heavy bitter/sour finish. oily palate. Not my favorite.
