This is the batch no. 666. We invited the famous heavy metal inspired brewery, Adroit Theory (Virginia, USA), to brew with us. To the gates of hell and back with Virginia peanut butter chocolate cake inspired Imperial Baltic Porter. Complex malt base with a variety of different caramel, rye, and roasted malts taper together into a slightly sweet finish.

Bottle. Color: Very dark ruby, almost black, thin light brown head. Aroma: Toffee fudge marshmellow and some roasted malt. Taste: Toffee fudge, spicy rye notes, hints of peanuts and coffee, some roasted malt, marshmellow and milk chocolate. Some hoppy bitterness at the dry-ish finish. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Over medium to full body, below average carbonation. Medium sweet, moderate bitterness. Ok, but I expected more from this collab.

Sweet, earthy and slightly roasty with some pastry notes. A bit unbalanced and stuffy.
