【ブルワーズノート】
アンクを表現するためにロースティーでチョコレートのようなミルクスタウトを醸造しました。
カラメル化やローストされた麦芽を7種、神秘的な割合でブレンドして醸造しました。
ガーナ産のカカオとカナダ産メープルシロップを加えて時空間を超えて「今」にフォーカスできるように仕上げました。
クリーミーメープルチョコレートほろにがスウィートフィニーーッシュ！！！

Gents Bier Festival 2023 - Very dark brown with no head. Aroma and flavour have coffee and chocolate. Smooth, quite sweet too. Good Milk Stout.

No head, uniform black beer. Black coffee, black berries, coffeegrind. Cold coffee with a whiff of coffeemilk. Roasted nuts. Full bodied, viscous, oily sensation. Drink this or drink cold (slightly watered down) coffee. It's the same.

Cloudy murky brown beer, no head. Aroma: malty, coffee, dark chocolate, caramel, sweet impression. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: malty start, grains, good roast, some alcohol, bitter touch, a bit sweet, caramel notes, coffee, dried fruits, more chocolate. Aftertaste: malty, dark chocolate, coffee, a bit sweet, some caramel, bitter finish.

Pours black, no real head. Scent is fulll, cofee, almonds are fairly hidden. Mild cocoa. Taste is full, fairly fullbodied. Mild bitterness. Mild on the chocolate and almons. Decent, but doesn't peak as much as I had hoped it would.
