Huge, dense & fine, whipped eggwhite-like, stable head over almost clear golden beer. Fresh hops and ditto malts, bit peppery, nettles. Bitter, hoppy, and almost astringent in feel, resiny. Again hops and other green weeds/shrubs. Light if quite creamy texture. Aftertaste is pure hopresins. THIS is a Belgian hopbeer, in stark contrast to all the so-called "Belgian IPA's".

Pours slightly unclear, not much head. Scent is more green (grassy and dank) than the base version. Taste is equally sharp, dry, saison phenols are mild but seemingly a touch higher than the basebeer. more grassy. Slightly better balance.

21/XI/23 - on tap @ HoReCa Expo 2023 (Gent), BB: 15/III/26 (2023-1084) Thanks to Erwin, Peter a.o. for sharing today’s beer!
Clear orange blond beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: malty, grains, lots of bubble gum, some banana. MF: lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: sourish start, very malty, grains, pretty bitter, some banana. Aftertaste: very bitter, grassy, a bit sourish, grains, wheat impression.
Sampled @ Brassigaume 2022. A hazy golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of wet grainy malt, wheat, yeast. Taste of strong grainy malt, cereals, pale malt, long bitter finish.
