(Draught at Protokoll, Berlin, 21 Apr 2023) Dark brown colour, almost black, with frothy beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of coffee, dark chocolate and black bread. Malty, roasted taste with coffee, dark chocolate, liquorice, black bread, toasted oats and a balanced roasty bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Solid and well balanced stout. Very nice.

0.3l tap. Murky black with a small head. Cognac, coffee, toffee, licorice, light citrus, booze, dried fruits, roasted coconut. Mild dry bitterness with more malty sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry malty sweet toffee finish.

Canned 440ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized beige head, light coffee nose. Light roasted malt, caramel, light coffee, burnt touch and light tar with again almost burnt finish.
