Brewed with Pale Ale malt, some Munich malt and a sprinkle of light colored caramel malt for some body and added sweetness. Hopped in the kettle with Columbus and Simcoe and then heavily dry hopped with Strata and Citra.

Gulbrun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter barnål, brød og blomster. Middels bitter. Smaker granskudd, noe pære, brød og sitrus. Middels lang.

Burk från SB. Klar gyllengul vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Stram och kryddig, resin och citrusolja med rejäl beska, kaprifol och mango märks mest i de sötare smakerna. Snygg lite östkust old school. Gott

Can 44 cl. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Dank aroma with some peachy accents. Quite a rich body with a huge fruitiness and a solid bitterness. Somewhat yeasty. 180325

Tap at Peders, Copenhagen 14/07/2024 wow a west coaster from Apex, nice, delivers a malty and citrus fruity aroma and taste with some resinous piney hoppy notes, touch of caramel and some nice citrus notes, resinous piney bitter hoppy finish. (Draught at Barrels Burgers & Beers Gamla Stan, Stockholm, 23 May 2024) Amber colour, slightly hazy, with frothy tan head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, grapefruit, pine needles and crisp-bread. Hoppy taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, pine needles, apricots, crisp-bread and a balanced citric/piney bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and well made WCIPA. Very nice.

Can. An unclear dark golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, peaches, spices, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with hops, citrus fruits, spices, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.
