Tap @ Pühaste Kelder. Pours pitch black, dark beer with not that much foam. Nose has some insanely beautiful coffee aroma, I am gettinga lso some blackberries, light cocoa and a hint of nutty tartness. Taste reveals even more insane sensations, sourish but with a salty backbone, lots of high quality and fruity coffee, yet drinking smooth and easygoing. Freaky and not possible to categorise this really, but this is pretty dang good.

Keg at BD 7D, 18/10/18. Black with a tan covering that dissipates to a swirl and in time to nyadda. Nose is coffee grinds,spice, dried fruits, liquorice. Taste comprises light charr, salt licks offered, coffee grinds, dried fruits, toffee, cocoa nibs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light soured edge. Decent fun gose.

Draught @ BrewDog Nottingham, 🇬🇧 20-22 Broad Street, NG1 3AL Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England.
[ As Pühaste / Brewdog Tallinn Black Swan ].
ABV: 4.5%. Cloudy dark brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, chocolate, cake, dark malt, sweet malt, kvass, brown sugar, moderate roasted. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, brown sugar, sweet malt, dark malt, burnt malt - burnt brown sugar, caramelized malt - caramelized brown sugar, light citric. IMO: like a sour kvass ! Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20181021]

Keg at Brewdog shepherds Bush for the collabfest 2018. A reddy mahogany brown coloured pour with a a halo of light tan head. Aroma is sweet nutty Rye bread, kvas, light tang. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart green apple, brown bread, lacto sour. Palate is semi sweet tart, spicy sour, moderate carbonation.

Keg at BD Castlegate. It pours opauq jet black with a minimal head. The aroma is earthy, massive coffee character, rich roasted,.umami, coco powder cacao nibs and chocolate cake. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, tangy, earthy, rich roast, coffee grounds, cacao nibs, liquorice, umami, red berry and vinous vibea with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Wi divide people, but I like the balance. Fun stuff.
